The annexe is a conversion of the original attached outbuildings, which have been transformed to create a light and well-furnished single storey twin-bedded accommodation, which is suitable for those with limited mobility.

The main bedroom sleeps two and, if required, a further two people can sleep on the fold-out sofa bed in the kitchen/diner.

It is well equipped with central heating, cooker, microwave, CD/radio, colour TV with Freeview, and shower room, and offers an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and further afield within North Devon.

When the hens are co-operating, we can usually provide fresh eggs and, during the summer, you can pick your own veg.

Weather permitting, we can also arrange for cooking over an open fire or indulging in some star gazing.
