Hills House Farm is a late 17^th century thatched farmhouse in grounds of over 6 acres with a self-enclosed annexe and delightful courtyard formed from the original attached outbuildings. The annexe is well equipped with cooker, microwave, colour TV with DVD and Freeview box and is an excellently located base from which to explore Devon.
